Mental Health Matters Devon provides a 24 hour, 365 days a year mental health helpline. Call on 0800 470 0317 (not including Plymouth)
Mental Health Matters Plymouth (available if you are currently receiving support from local teams) Tel: 0300 323 0101, 5pm – 9pm on weekdays; 24 hours over weekends and bank holidays.
Every Mind Matters (NHS) have resources on their website and suggestions for apps to help with your mental health.
CALM is the Campaign Against Living Miserably is a leading suicide prevention movement, helping people end their misery not their lives. Call 0800 58 58 58 (daily, 5pm to midnight), live webchats, online resources and WhatsApp are also available.
Rethink: Support for people with mental illness with links to local peer support groups. Tel: Helpline 0808 801 0525 Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4pm, excluding bank holidays. Webchat service 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) Email: advice@rethink.org.

Recovery Devon Supporting mental health recovery and wellbeing providing a Recovery Library.
Talkworks – Devon’s NHS Talking Therapies Service provides a free, confidential services for people (aged 18+) in Devon (excluding Plymouth). Tel: 0300 555 3344
HeadSpace – Based in Plymouth – out of hours service for people who consider they are approaching a mental health crisis Tel: 07890 257 614 (open 6pm – midnight daily, but closed Mondays and Thursdays) and pre-booked appointments (bookings via 07546 527 380).
SANEline – national out of hours mental health helpline, open from 4pm to 10pm every day, with call back option. Tel 0300 304 7000 Email: support@sane.org.uk

Cruse Bereavement Care – Offers support to those in a crisis following a bereavement. Helpline Tel: 0800 808 1677, open weekdays only. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9.30am – 5pm, Tuesdays 1pm – 8pm.
